Andrew Gaze

Long Island would like to welcome Andrew Gaze as our newly appointed ambassador for LICC.

Andrew enjoyed his first game here at Long Island on Wednesday 7th April and he had the privilege of meeting our very own Membership coordinator Janine Pascazio!

We are thrilled to have Andrew as a Member of LICC.  He is one of this countries true icons and, without doubt, Australia’s greatest ever basketballer. He has won the National Basketball League (NBL) scoring title, a record 10 times, as well as being awarded the NBL’s Most Valuable Award a staggering 7 times.  This only covers a few of his many outstanding achievements.   His huge ability has made him one of Australia’s most recognisable and popular sporting identities. Andrew has an extraordinary rapport with people.  

Andrew currently enjoys commentating on SEN Radio, coaching the Under 18 Melbourne Tigers Basketball team and plans to work hard to reduce his golf handicap!  We look forward to having him as our Ambassador Member of LICC.
